I received a call for an estimate to clean and seal a customer's tile and grout. While measuring to provide the estimate, we had a great conversation, and I learned that he was an immigrant from Europe who absolutely loved this country—he had American flags all around. He agreed to go ahead with the job. As I was bringing in my equipment, the customer offered me a pastry. Before I could even respond, I saw the pastry sitting on the counter, and it was amazing. A few hours later, he invited me to have lunch with him. Again, before I could answer, the table was set with a delicious spread of meat and potatoes, salad, and bread. Needless to say, I was more ready for a nap than to finish the job! But I powered through, and the job turned out great

A mother called us about her dog marking several spots in different rooms. I received a call to clean a couch in a Class A motorhome. The customers were spending their winter in Arizona, coming from Anchorage. Upon my arrival, the customer mentioned that she was a regular at the Anchorage Heaven's Best franchise and was always pleased with the service, which is why she decided to give me a try. After inspecting the couch, I recommended upholstery cleaning. She also asked to have the dinette chairs and carpets cleaned. I noted that the carpets and upholstery were in great condition, just needing a cleaning to freshen them up and help prevent premature wear.
